SHIPPING TIME AND RULES

Most orders will ship out within 3-5 business days of ordering (excluding high-demand items). You should add the ship time to the processing days. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping:

USA: Typically 15 days or more, with possible delays during peak shipping periods.

Europe: Typically 8-15 days, with possible delays during peak shipping periods.

Expedited Shipping: Typically takes about 5~8 days.

Please note: The default shipping method is Standard Shipping. If your order includes multiple items, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest shipping time. For specific delivery requests or to upgrade to expedited shipping, please contact us after placing your order.

 

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take time to update after your order ships. Carrier scans can be delayed while a package is in transit, being transferred between facilities, or waiting for the next tracking event.

If your tracking information has not changed for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment status.

 

What Countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available worldwide from Aurchic.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEE

Shipping Services

Orders from North America will be shipped by USPS and DHL. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or the central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer. Please consult customer service after placing your order.

 

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.

 

Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, please contact Aurchic Support. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact Aurchic Support in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. Aurchic orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

 

Aurchic assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

1. Shipping time might be delayed for 3-5 days for transportation to remote regions.

2. For orders shipped via Standard Shipping, please note that we are not responsible for delays during peak shipping periods such as holidays, as these are beyond our control. If your package has not been delivered or updated with an estimated delivery time within 40 days, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.

4. Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, transportation system upgrades, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.

5. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.

6. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.

7. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

8. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.
